This website (the “Site”) is owned and operated by 3-H Automotive Solutions d/b/a “3H Auto Lock & Key” (“COMPANY,” “we” or “us”). By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and to use the Site in accordance with these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific sections of the Site or to products and services available through the Site or from 3H Auto Lock & Key. Accessing the Site, in any manner, whether automated or otherwise, constitutes use of the Site and your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service or to impose new conditions on use of the Site, from time to time, in which case we will post the revised Terms of Service on this website. By continuing to use the Site after we post any such changes, you accept the Terms of Service, as modified. Intellectual Property Rights If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.

1. Services Provided

3H Auto Lock & Key provides professional automotive locksmith services, including but not limited to:

  • Vehicle lockout assistance
  • Key duplication and replacement
  • Transponder key programming
  • Smart key services
  • Ignition repair and replacement
  • Broken key extraction

All services are performed by trained and qualified locksmith technicians. Service availability may vary depending on location, vehicle make/model/year, and technician availability.

2. Service Area

We operate within San Antonio, TX, and surrounding areas. Additional travel or emergency fees may apply for after-hours service or locations outside our standard coverage area.

3. Payment Terms

All services must be paid in full upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept Cash, Card, and Zelle.

  • Card payments include a 4% processing fee
  • Cash payments receive a 4% discount

A minimum service fee may apply for on-site visits even if the service cannot be completed due to customer refusal, cancellation, or inaccurate information. Pricing for electronic or programming services may vary by vehicle type and complexity. No refunds are provided once a service is completed, except in the case of a verified service error or product defect. Any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Warranty

All parts and labor provided by 3H Auto Lock & Key are covered under a six (6) month limited warranty from the date of service. The warranty covers defects in workmanship or materials under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or external causes beyond our control. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing, include proof of service, and allow our technicians to inspect or correct the issue. This limited warranty is your sole remedy; all other implied warranties are disclaimed to the fullest extent allowed by law.

5. Mobile Messaging (A2P Compliance)

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages related to your service request, appointment confirmations, and occasional promotional updates from 3H Auto Lock & Key.

  • Message frequency may vary
  • Standard message and data rates may apply
  • Reply STOP to opt out of promotional messages (you will still receive service-related notifications)
  • Reply HELP or contact us for assistance

We never share or sell your number to third parties. Our communications comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and A2P 10DLC requirements.

6. Data Security

We take all reasonable measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure. These include:

  • Secure, encrypted data storage
  • Limited access to customer records
  • Verified third-party processors for payments and scheduling
  • Regular review of data handling procedures

7. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party providers for payment processing, scheduling, and communication. These providers only receive the information necessary to perform their service and are bound by their own privacy and data protection policies.

8. Customer Rights

You have the right to:

  • Request access to your personal data
  • Request corrections to inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your data, except where retention is legally required
  • Withdraw consent for communications at any time

9. Technician Verification

Before performing services such as key replacement, programming, or ignition work, customers must present valid proof of ownership or authorization (such as vehicle registration, title, or insurance). We reserve the right to decline service if proper verification is not provided.

10. Liability

We are not liable for pre-existing damage to the vehicle or locking systems, loss of time, inconvenience, or issues caused by prior work or aftermarket modifications. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service performed.

11. Cancellations & Refunds

Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. No refunds are provided for completed services. Exceptions are made only for verified service errors or defective parts covered under warranty. Refunds, when granted, are processed within 5–10 business days.

12. Chargebacks & Disputes

Customers agree to contact 3H Auto Lock & Key directly to resolve any service concerns before initiating a chargeback or dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks will be challenged with proof of completed work, service logs, and technician confirmation.

13. Dispute Resolution

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in Bexar County, Texas, under the Texas Arbitration Act. The arbitrator’s decision is final, and judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. You waive any right to trial by jury to the extent permitted by law.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy at any time. Updates take effect immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
